Engine 50
Engine 50 is a 2002 Ferrara Igniter custom pumper equipped with a 1,750 GPM Hale
QMAX pump and a 750 gallon poly tank.  It is the first piece of apparatus that responds
out of Station 50 for the majority of emergencies.  Engine 50 is equipped with a variety
of equipment including a thermal imaging camera, a gas meter, hand tools, smoke
ejectors, a chain saw, PFDs and a ring buoy.  The members of Station 50 are highly
trained on Engine Company Operations, Ladder Company Operations and Marine
Operations.  There are also several members who are EMTs and who are trained to
the Technical Level for vehicle rescue.

The 2002 Ferrara is Bristol Consolidated first custom pumper and the first pumper that
the members designed from the ground up.
