On December 8th, 2006 Engine 50 was dispatched to 632 Spruce Street for a dwelling fire.  
Engine 50 was first on scene and knocked the second floor fire with an 1 3/4" attack line.
January 7th, 2008 - 2 Alarm Apartment Job - 153 Naomi Court
At 0036 hours, Box 82-55 was dispatched for 153 Naomi Court for an apartment fire.  Chief
14 went on scene and reported "fire through the roof."  Engine 50 was dispatched several
minutes later to relocate to Station 14.  At 0108 hours, Engine 50 was added to the
assignment on the second alarm.  Engine 50 went on scene and reported to the fire
building.  Engine 50's crew assisted in breeching several walls and extinguishing the fire.  
Engine 50 returned at 0615 hours.  Engine 50 had a total of 12 personnel at the assignment.
Initially dispatched as an accident with fire, Engine 50 arrived on location to find the driver
heavily entrapped and that the police knocked a small fire in the engine compartment.  
Engine 50's crew provided hazard control, patient care and assisted with the extrication.  
This extrication was extended due to the heavy entrapment.
June 28th 2008 - 420 Lafayette Street- First Due Dwelling Fire
At 1831 hours, Engine 50 was dispatched to 420 Lafayette Street, Tactical Box 50-43, for a
dwelling fire.  Deputy 50 (Carosi) went on scene at 1833 hours and reported a working fire
on the second floor.  Endine 50 went responding at 1833 hours with a crew of 7.  Arriving
first, Engine 50 dropped a supply line and went in-service with an attack line.  Bulk of the fire
was quickly knocked by the Engine Company.  All searches were negative.  Deputy 50 had
Lafayette Street Command.  Station 50 had 19 volunteers respond to the scene.

October 2nd, 2008 - 925 Canal Street - Building Fire
At 0351 hours, Engine 50 was dispatched to 925 Canal Street, local box 50-43, for a water
flow alarm.  Deputy 50 arrived on location and found a working building fire.  The
assignment was upgraded.  At 0357 hours, Engine 50 arrived on location, dropped in from a
hydrant, forced entry and placed a 2 1/2 water line in-service.  Engine 50's crew discovered
that the contents of a trailer, that was in dock, was on fire.  The fire was quickly extinguished
by Engine 50's crew.  Station 50 had a total of 18 personnel on scene.
